The parent architecture that makes field evidence institutionally defensible.

The Evidence Stack is the single architecture that explains how Hub, FieldTrace, NAE, GEFI, ERS and the Bridge Layer fit together. It sits at the Terra Vita Global level — not inside any one component — so that evidence can be attributed, governed, reconstructed, scored and stress-tested as one governed loop, without transferring institutional authority.

The parent architecture sits at the global level.

Canonical placement

The Evidence Stack is the parent architecture for Hub, FieldTrace, NAE, GEFI, ERS and the Bridge Layer.

It therefore sits at the Terra Vita Global level — terravita-global.com/evidence-stack — and not inside any single component.

This is the only placement that preserves institutional clarity: every surface is described as part of one architecture, with one source of truth per domain.

Terra Vita does not rate, certify, approve, finance or replace institutional judgement — it structures evidence so that authority can be exercised on a reliable basis.

Six governed surfaces, one closed loop.

Evidence is captured, attributed, governed, submitted, scored, stress-tested and corrected — without any component ever mutating historical evidence.

Closed evidence loop A clockwise loop on the Bridge Layer integration spine: FieldTrace captures observations, NAE attributes them, the Hub governs, the Evidence Console handles intake, GEFI scores integrity and ERS simulates collapse, with corrections returning to FieldTrace. Six governed surfaces.

Capture

FieldTrace

Captures operator-attributed field events with minimal attribution metadata, under Hub governance rules. Hub & FieldTrace route →

Attribute

NAE — Attribution Engine

Turns raw observations into attributable, reviewer-ready evidence chains across actor, method, time, place and governance. Source of truth for attribution.

Govern

Hub — Governance spine

The institutional authority layer: programme identity, reviewer routing, authority boundaries and decision environments. Terra Vita Hub ↑

Submit

Evidence Console

Institutional intake and evidence handling — submission, governance checks, reviewer assignment, then scoring and scorecard.

Score

GEFI — Evidence Failure Index

Scores the integrity of evidence (0–100, Risk Class A–F) — not the outcomes built on top of it. Source of truth for integrity.

Simulate

ERS — Reconstruction Simulator

Simulates how the evidence spine collapses under governance, attribution and partner stress. Source of truth for collapse probability. Open ERS →

One spine connects every surface.

The Bridge Layer moves evidence and governance bundles, routes reviewers, ingests scoring results and returns corrections — maintaining the closed loop and its audit trail. Without it, the stack cannot function.

  1. R1

    Hub

    Source of truth for governance.

  2. R2

    NAE

    Source of truth for attribution.

  3. R3

    GEFI

Source of truth for evidence integrity.

  4. R4

Seven movements, from capture to correction.

01 · Capture

FieldTrace

Field events captured with local attribution.

02 · Attribute

NAE

Observations made attributable as evidence chains.

03 · Govern

Hub

Authority boundaries and reviewer routing applied.

04 · Submit

Evidence Console

Intake, governance checks and reviewer assignment.

05 · Score

GEFI

Integrity scored; Risk Class and failure map issued.

06 · Simulate

ERS

Collapse simulated under governance and partner stress.

07 · Correct

Hub & FieldTrace

Corrections returned through the Bridge Layer.

Evidence is structured. Authority remains human.

Non-substitution

The Evidence Stack makes field evidence attributable, inspectable and audit-ready.

Institutional authority remains with partners, regulators and funders.

Terra Vita Global does not rate, certify or approve — it structures evidence and route discipline.

v1 in structured development.

GEFI, the Evidence Console, the Hub governance spine, FieldTrace, NAE, the Bridge Layer and ERS v1 are in structured development. A multi-programme pilot begins Q3 2026; simulation pilots follow in Q4 2026.
