Three structural workstreams — across agriculture, mining, the Blue Governance Suite and climate resilience, in Namibia, Somalia, Ukraine, India and Southeast Asia.

Workstreams describe how field work is structured for institutional review. Sectors describe what we work on. Every sector — agriculture, mining, blue economies, resilience — passes through the same three-workstream discipline across the multi-country pilot series in Namibia, Somalia, Ukraine, India and Southeast Asia.

Regenerative systems, restoration evidence and coastal governance — at field grade.

W1 covers the operational core of Terra Vita Global's field work. Three sectors sit under it: regenerative agriculture and indigenous plant economies; mining-affected land restoration; and blue governance with coastal/aquaculture systems. Each sector produces a distinct artefact stream, but the discipline is shared — attribution, lineage, inspection posture.

In agriculture we work with farmers, cooperatives and traditional knowledge holders on climate-resilient crops, agroecology and organic pathways. In mining we structure community-aligned restoration and governance-ready reporting for mine-affected landscapes. In blue economies we route fisheries, aquaculture and coastal livelihoods through the Blue Governance Suite operated on the Hub side.

Field artefacts include cultivation guides, restoration evidence packs, value-chain references, coastal field data and licensing one-pagers — all anchored under BOIP · i-DEPOT 156119 and released to partners under signed NDA.

Applied training, DRR practice and post-event recovery.

W2 carries the resilience layer of the practice. Across Namibia, Somalia, Ukraine, India and Southeast Asia we deliver applied training, disaster-risk reduction curricula, community enterprise design and post-event recovery systems. The work is anchored to internationally recognised disaster management practice via membership of the International Association for Disaster Management (IADM).

Community resilience is not a single deliverable — it is a continuous capacity that runs alongside W1 sector work. Where W1 produces a field artefact (a cultivation guide, a restoration record), W2 produces the human and institutional capacity to keep that artefact useful when conditions change.

Artefacts include training one-pagers, recovery system designs, community enterprise references and risk registers — partner-route, NDA bound.

Structured field evidence — attached to the L1–L7 governance spine.

W3 is the discipline layer that sits across W1 and W2. Every artefact produced in field work is tagged to the seven-layer governance spine operated on the Hub side — identity, evidence, routing, MRV, assurance, export and authority. This is what makes a field record into a reliance-ready artefact.

Structured field artefacts, audit-ready documentation and protected partner materials aligned with Terra Vita Hub's governance spine. This workstream sits across the others as the discipline layer.

Where field data lineage is unclear, where MRV attachment is missing, where export packs are not audit-ready — W3 is the practice that closes those gaps without replacing the authority of partners, regulators or funders.
