Request access to the sovereign adoption materials.

This route is for governments, MDBs, DFIs, national institutions, insurers and mandated partners requesting review access to the Playbook, Governance Instrument, MDB/DFI Protocol or Continuity Compact.

Controlled materials

The Suite is public at overview level. Detailed templates, mandate clauses, protocol requests and compact materials are controlled so that institutional context, authority boundaries and review purpose are clear before sharing.

Submission does not create approval, funding advice, legal advice or a mandate. It creates a review request for Terra Vita Global B.V. to assess the appropriate engagement route.

Select the materials that match the mandate conversation.

The request flow separates route, instrument, protocol and continuity materials so reviewers receive the correct layer without mixing operational, capital, capability and sovereign authority logic.

Request routing logic

What happens after submission.

Requests are assessed against institution type, authority level, review purpose and the materials requested. Where required, Terra Vita will route the conversation through NDA, working session, pre-read review, mandate scoping or protocol recognition discussion.

The request flow does not expose protected instruments automatically. It creates a reviewable intake record so that sovereign adoption materials are shared in the right context.
